Personal Testimony
I grew up in church, and I was very young when I accepted Jesus as my savior at Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church in Bristol VA. However, it was some years later when I was Baptized in my present church home, Concord Baptist. I never took Christianity seriously until I went away to college and was faced with the decision of where to turn. In October of 1994 I recommitted my life to Jesus and I have never looked back. I now feel God's call to the ministry and am convinced that he wants me to remain in Youth work. The Bible makes it clear that God has a plan for everyone and that is a message I believe youth today need in order to have hope in their lives.
